We know how hard you work trying to find coaches.  Too hard.  How much do you value your time and what would you prefer to be doing?  We spend every working minute recruiting - so you don't have to. Sure - we charge money for it - but given how much of a headache obtaining coaches is, we believe our service is worth every penny.

​We have visited more tennis clubs in Australia and New Zealand than we can remember and have a unique oversight of the coaching industry.    We understand your business needs, your geographical challenges and your cultural differences.  Given we are based in the UK now we have great connections with overseas coaches who want to experience the lifestyle that Australia and New Zealand has to offer.

What do Coach Down Under do exactly?

• Full Recruitment Service.  Tell us about a job vacancy - with two months notice - and sit back and let us do it all
• Find a student placement for your business.  Need an intern to help run your business who can also coach 20 hours a week?  We have created pathways with UK universities to offer you this service.
• Find me a coach!  You may have been advertising yourself and had no luck.  You're over it.  Contact us to see who we have lined up in our ever growing pool of coaches.  
• Help regional coaching programs.  Recruiting a graduate coach will provide you with a coach and someone to help you organise your program. This is an economically neutral way of recruiting young talent

What about visa issues?

Aaaah, the old V word.  Yes, visas are a challenge.  The most common (99%) of coaches finding work in Australia or New Zealand enter on a working holiday visa.  This enables coaches to work for up to six months in one venue at a time.  As a company you need to understand them.  Click here to find out more details.
